My boyfriend was going away for a month so I decided to make a life sized version of him to keep me company. I know silly. I sketched him on a big piece of plywood, cut it out and then painted it. I cut the heart out and it is mounted separately on the wall on it's own nail. I am not too crazy about this one. I think maybe the waves need to be repainted... Maybe I have to make another one of him in a different positon (his leg is super skinny for some reason...), but I do like the heart cut out and flying away. After I made it I saw that famous image Banksy did of the girl with the balloon and thought, oh, they are sort of the same...I hope no one thinks I copied him because I didn't!
